What we collect, and what we don't
Play Ledger Room is a comparison site, not an account-based service. We collect very little, and this page sets out exactly what and why.
The short version
You don't register or log in here, so we don't hold a profile on you. The data involved is limited to basic analytics and anything you choose to send us by email or the contact form.
What we collect
- Analytics.Aggregated, privacy-respecting figures on which pages are read and which comparisons are useful, so we can improve the site. This isn't used to identify you personally.
- Contact details you give us. If you email or use the contact form, we keep your name, email and message only as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the exchange.
- Cookie preferences. Your age confirmation and cookie choice are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, we don't build advertising profiles, and we never see anything about your activity at an operator — once you click through, you're on their site under their privacy policy.
Affiliate tracking
When you follow a tracked link to an operator, that operator may set a cookie to credit the referral. That happens on their side and is governed by their privacy terms, not ours. Our affiliate disclosure explains the commercial relationship.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a particular use. Email help@playledgerroom.comand we'll respond within the statutory time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
